This Pfizer Confidential Report released as part of a Freedom of Information (FOI) proceeding provides data on deaths and adverse events recorded by Pfizer from the start of the vaccine project in December 2020 to the end of February 2021, i.e., a very short period (mostly two and a half months).

The Pfizer BioNTech vaccine was launched in the U.S. on December 14 following the granting of Emergency Use Authorization on December 11, 2020.

In a twisted irony, the data revealed in this “insider report” refutes the official vaccine narrative peddled by governments and WHO. It also confirms the analysis of numerous physicians and scientists who have revealed the devastating consequences of the mRNA “vaccine.”

What is included in Pfizer’s “confidential” report is detailed evidence on the impacts of the “vaccine” on mortality and morbidity. This data emanating from the “Horse’s Mouth” can now be used to confront and formulate legal proceedings against Big Pharma, governments, WHO and the media.

This document provides an integrated analysis of cumulative post-authorization safety data, including U.S. AND foreign post-authorization adverse event reports received through February 28, 2021.

Overall, as of February 28, 2021 [in less than three months], there were a total of 42,086 case reports (25,379 medically confirmed and 16,707 non-medically confirmed) containing 158,893 events . The majority of cases (34,762) were received from the United States (13,739), United Kingdom (13,404) Italy (2,578), Germany (1913), France (1506), Portugal (866), and Spain (756); the remaining 7,324 were distributed among 56 other countries.
