It has long been suspected that electromagnetic energy can be used for nefarious purposes, from weaponization to mind control.
A U.S. patent reveals that the use of electromagnetic pulses in televisions is protected by intellectual property.
The patent, entitled “manipulation of the nervous system by electromagnetic fields from monitors,” claims that televisions and monitors can be programmed to “emit electromagnetic fields by pulses of sufficient amplitudes” to cause physiological effects on the nervous system. For what purposes could this type of technology be used?
“We need a psychosurgery program for the political control of our society. The purpose is physical control of the mind. Anyone who deviates from the given norm can be surgically mutilated.
The individual may think that the most important reality is his own existence, but this is only his personal point of view. This lacks historical perspective. Man has no right to develop his own mind. This kind of liberal orientation has great appeal. We must electronically control the brain. Someday armies and generals will be controlled by electrical stimulation of the brain.”

Psychotronics is the intersection between consciousness, energy fields and matter. In a bill introduced to the U.S. House of Representative in 2001, Dennis J. Kucinich describes psychotronic devices as “weapons” that can be used against individuals or specific populations to exert power over behavior and mood – essentially a form of mind control.
Russia has a long history of developing this kind of technology, the most famous being the “woodpecker”-“Tesla-type transmitter” that emitted psychoactive signals in the 1970s until the late 1980s.
The Woodpecker could, in fact, be a Soviet mind control transmitter, imposing itself on people’s abilities to think rationally and remain calm.
However, Russia is not the only player in this dangerous game. GlobalResearch reports:
“Harnessing neuroscience for military capability, this technology is the result of decades of research and experimentation, most particularly in the Soviet Union and the United States. (Welsh, 1997, 2000) We have failed to understand that the result of the technology that originated in the years of the arms race between the Soviet Union and the West has resulted in the use of satellite technology not only for surveillance and communication systems, but also for locating and radar tracking human beings, for manipulating brain frequencies by directing laser beams, for neural particle beams, electromagnetic radiation, sonar waves, radio frequency radiation (RFR), soliton waves, torsion fields and for the use of these or other energy fields that form the areas of study of astrophysics. Since operations are characterized by secrecy, it seems inevitable “that the methods we know, i.e. the exploitation of the ionosphere, our natural shield, are already obsolete, as we begin to understand the implications of their use.
In a 1998 German television documentary, Dr. Igor Smirnov of the Moscow Psycho-Correction Institute said that it is easily conceivable that anyone with the right means and finances could inject himself into every computer, radio or television network with relative technological ease. “This is why this kind of technology is feared, and rightly so.”
By now, a good number of people who are familiar with the effects of electromagnetic pollution from cell phones, televisions, appliances, smart meters, computers and wi-fi. But could there be another, more sinister reason why our bodies suffer when we are exposed to these modern devices? Several U.S. patents suggest a troubling answer.
According to U.S. Patent 6,506,148, filed in June 2001:
“Thus, it is possible to manipulate a subject’s nervous system by pulsing images displayed on a computer monitor or nearby TV set. In the latter case, the image pulse may be embedded in the program material, or it may be superimposed by modulation of a video stream, either as an RF signal or as a video signal.”
The invention can also be adapted to the video stream source, whether it is a computer program, a television program, a videotape or DVD. the pulse variability can be influenced through the use of software in order to avoid habituation of the nervous system. The inventors conclude:
“Certain monitors can emit electromagnetic field pulses that excite a sensory resonance in a nearby subject, through image pulses that are so weak as to be subliminal. This is unfortunate, as it opens an avenue for malicious application of the invention, in which people are unknowingly exposed to manipulation of their nervous systems for someone else’s purposes. Such an application would be unethical and, of course, is not advocated. It is mentioned here in order to alert the public to the possibility of covert abuse that may occur while staying online, or while watching television, a video or a DVD”.
Moreover, patents owned by Raytheon detail how to create “nuclear-sized explosions without radiation” and describe electromagnetic pulses, energy beam technology and beyond-the-horizon detection systems. One of these patents (US 7,629,918 B2) describes the Radio Frequency Directed Energy System (RFDE) Multi-Function Radio Frequency:
“Radio Frequency Directed Energy (RFDE) Systems are known in the art to direct high power RF, microwave and/or millimeter wave electromagnetic energy to destroy or disrupt a target. Although RFDE systems typically serve as military weapons, RFDE systems need not be limited to weapon systems.
“An RFDE weapon system can go after a wide range of targets (electronics, biological, ordinance, structures, etc.) due to its relatively large radiated power. a priori knowledge of the characteristics of the chosen targets is usually not required due to the RFDE weapon burning out or overwhelming its target by the amount of energy radiated.”
A disturbing possibility (among many) regarding this type of weaponry is the ability to use it to cause negative effects on mental processes and human health. And there is no escape or protection. Once a target is locked on, that is impossible to evade electromagnetic energy by trying to evade it.
As we contemplate the technological advances – and ethical implications – related to mind control, one question comes to mind, is it possible that the ruling elite are already using these types of technologies to mind control us?
