CDC instructions must be followed ‘because the experts say so’.

Time is playing against them. The futile prolongation of the repression for almost a year and a half continues to uncover the seams of the pandemic and each and every one of its constituent elements, starting with the confinement and ending with the variants and the vaccines.

Following the official announcement that vaccinated people can contract and transmit the so-called “delta variant,” Emerald Robinson, a Newsmax reporter, asked White House Deputy Chief of Staff Karine Jean-Pierre on Friday whether the CDC had been able to test for such a variant.

Not knowing what she was talking about, Jean-Pierre replied that Americans should follow the CDC’s instructions “because the experts say so.”

People who still have the ability to think for themselves ask themselves a lot of questions, more and more, but the answer is always the same: “Do what we say because we say so”.

We are back to the Middle Ages and arguments based on authority alone. If we say that masks are not necessary, don’t wear them, and if we say the opposite then you can. When the “experts” change their minds, we all must change.

The “variants” of the virus are giving a lot of play to stretch the state of war beyond what they had intended because the new vaccines have not met any of the expectations they had placed on them. Quite the contrary.

After the failure of the second dose, the third dose arrives, and with the failure of the vaccines the discourse changes for the umpteenth time: the vaccines fail because new “variants” have appeared, which are always worse than the previous ones. But if they have not been able to sequence the genome of coronaviruses since 1964, there are no variants.

We are still as we were at the beginning, or worse.
